Charges
Volume 1 carries no processing charges or submission fees of any kind.
From Volume 2 onwards, a standard Article Processing Charge (APC) will apply to cover the costs of peer review administration, typesetting, and online hosting. The exact APC amount will be formally published on this page prior to the opening of the call for papers for that respective volume.
There are no submission fees. Charges are only applicable post-acceptance, and financial considerations do not influence editorial decision-making.
Plagiarism & Artificial Intelligence Policy
Plagiarism Policy: IJACMI upholds rigorous standards of academic integrity. All submitted manuscripts are subjected to comprehensive similarity checks using industry-standard software (such as Turnitin or iThenticate). The maximum acceptable similarity index is 15% (excluding references). Manuscripts exceeding this threshold, or those containing fabricated data, will be immediately rejected.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage: In strict adherence to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines, Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LLMs) cannot be credited as authors, as they cannot take accountability for the submitted work.
If authors utilize AI tools for drafting, language editing, or data analysis, they must transparently disclose this usage within the manuscript's methodology or acknowledgements section. Authors bear full, ultimate responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of all AI-assisted content.
Ownership and Publishing Rights
Authors retain full copyright and publishing rights to their original work without restrictions. Upon acceptance, authors grant IJACMI the non-exclusive right of first publication and distribution of the article.
The journal does not mandate formal copyright transfer agreements, allowing authors to freely utilize and disseminate their research in accordance with standard Open Access principles.
Open Access License
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This standard academic license permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author(s) and the source journal are properly cited.
The respective license statement is formally embedded within the metadata of every digital deposit and printed on the final PDF version of the article.
Archiving and Repository Policy
To ensure long-term digital preservation, the final version of record for all published articles is securely deposited in Zenodo, a globally recognized open repository operated by CERN.
Self-Archiving Policy: Authors are permitted and actively encouraged to deposit the final published version of their article in institutional or subject repositories immediately upon publication, without any embargo period.
Erratum and Corrigendum: The journal is committed to maintaining the integrity of the published academic record. In accordance with standard publishing ethics, post-publication errors that significantly affect the scientific findings will not be silently altered. Such errors will be addressed via formal Erratum or Corrigendum notices, which will be published independently and permanently linked to the original article's DOI.
