How to send it

Submission

Send your manuscript as a single MS WORD file to editor@ijacmi.org with the subject line IJACMI Vol 1 — Submission. You will receive an acknowledgement with a submission reference within two working days.

Manuscript requirements

  • Original work, in English, not published elsewhere and not under review at another venue.
  • 6 to 15 pages, single column, 12 pt, with numbered sections.
  • An abstract of 150–250 words and four to six keywords.
  • Author details on a separate title page only — the manuscript itself must carry no identifying information.
  • Figures and tables numbered, captioned, and referenced in the text.
  • References formatted strictly in IEEE Style, numbered consecutively in square brackets.
  • Similarity below 15 percent and AI content below 5 percent excluding references. We run our own check and return anything above this without review.
  • Data and code availability stated, even if the answer is that neither can be shared.

What we ask for that many journals do not. State your baselines and how they were tuned. Report variance across seeds rather than a single best run. If your test set shares a source with your training set, say so plainly.

A paper reporting a smaller effect carefully will be treated more favourably here than one reporting a larger effect we cannot trace.

IEEE Standard

Reference Formatting

In-text citations must be numbered consecutively in square brackets (e.g., [1], [2]). The reference list must be placed at the end of the manuscript. Authors are highly encouraged to use reference management software (such as Mendeley or Zotero) and select the 'IEEE' output style.

What happens next

Your DOI is reserved before typesetting and printed on the article itself. The version of record is deposited in Zenodo, where it remains available independently of this journal.

You retain copyright in full. You will be asked to confirm that the work is original and to agree to publication under CC BY 4.0. There is no copyright transfer form. See Policies for the full terms.
